L&L Skin manufactures within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Every device is subjected to rigorous design, manufacture, inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exact specifications.

Shipping Policy

After each order is placed, we process them in the order that they are received. We strive to ship each order within 2 business days, though processing times may be longer at certain times of the year. L&L Skin orders ship via DHL / UPS / FedEx or other premium express services and will generally arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.

Orders placed during weekend or during a holiday will be processed the following week.

We will email you shipping tracking info when available, and you can also check the tracking info via dashboard, or contact our L&L Skin Customer Service Team at [email protected]

Warranty Policy

This policy is applicable to domestic US purchases only: L&L Skin will replace authentic devices and attachments eligible for warranty service with merchandise of equal or better quality. Every new device includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and a one 90-day warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through authorized sellers, returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt from the location purchased. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.

For devices purchased outside of the US, International Returns and International Warranties: All product returns outside of the United States are per your place of purchase-spa, retailer or distributor. Please consult your receipt or place of purchase for their return and warranty policy.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Every purchase is risk free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Product and wish to return it, you have 15 days to return such item(s). Please note that we can only accept returns of:

  • any Product which has been sealed for health protection reasons and so cannot be re-sold provide that it is returned unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition, enclosing your proof of purchase;
  • any other Product if it is still in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition, enclosing your proof of purchase.

In every case, you will also need to return any free items that were delivered to you with the Product You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product(s). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your return.

Details of the consumer rights described above, and an explanation of how to exercise them, are provided below and in the Order Confirmation. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

If you are returning your Product to us you must contact our customer Services department at: [email protected] who will provide you with a printable return slip with a confirmation number to include with your return shipment, along with the address for returning the Product to us. Please be sure to package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name, address and returns number inside the parcel) and then return it to us. You must return the Products to us within 7 days of notifying us of the return. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to claim the cost of any deterioration from you.

If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the price of the Product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, you must inform us using the returns process set out under the paragraph above.

Please retain your proof of purchase and the original packaging, as it is required for all returns and refunds.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps.

1. Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and provide the following information in your email. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

  • Order number
  • First and last name
  • Shipping address
  • Product to be returned
  • Reason for returning

2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original L&L Skin packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. L&L Skin is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. We recommend that you retain your tracking information.

Please allow two to three weeks for processing returns and exchanges. Returns after the Holiday Season may require longer processing times.

Cancelation Policy

After you place an order, you are able to change or edit your order up to 59 minutes after it was initially placed. You can do so through your order confirmation page (clicking “View Your Order”) or through your account.
